To date NOVA Hope for Haiti in conjunction with Church of the Presentation has cumulatively treated and examined in both rural and semi-urban settings upwards of 8,000 Haitians directly, and indirectly impacted on over 5,000 additional family members by providing medicines to combat malnutrition and intestinal parasites common to these family units.  

We have arranged for and financed urgent surgical care, both adult and pediatric, in six specific incidences within Haiti itself, and have brought three children to the United States in conjunction with Healing the Children, Midlantic, Inc. for specialized complex surgical procedures unavailable in Haiti. Each of these children enjoyed complete surgical success here in the United States, and these happy outcomes have resulted in healthy and productive lives.

In 2006 NOVA Hope for Haiti, Inc. purchased a 12-acre parcel of flat well-drained farmland with a free standing two-story house situated on the outskirts of Cavaillon in southwest Haiti.

As NOVA grows and the patient base increases it is anticipated that multiple groups will come to offer services through NOVA’s healthcare system and use this convenient housing facility.
